♥  Australian Customers please note that these prices do not include GST. Please add 10%

♥  Your privacy is fully respected and we would never sink so low as to profit from your personal information. Your personal details will never be disclosed to a third party without your consent (unless we have to for legal reasons, then we haven't got a choice).

♥  Please make sure that photographs provided are scanned in at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. This ensures a quality result. If you are unsure of how do this, let us know and we can help you out. 

♥ Please send files in JPEG (JPG) format. If you are unsure of what format your files are, just ask and we can tell you if we can use them or not.

♥ If the design you are after requires more than one photo, please specify which photo is to be used for each segment of the design (eg. babyone.jpg – Main photo, firstday.jpeg – Feet to be used for top segment, etc.)

♥ If your files are too big for email, please zip them using a program like WinZip or Winrar. If you prefer, you can also send them via a file transfer service. I prefer to use yousendit, click here to go to their site.

♥ Please keep in mind that the back of the photo paper is not really suitable for writing on.

♥ Postcards can be written on with a ballpoint pen, but it is highly recommended that a permanent marker or fine tipped paint-type pen be used for best results.

♥ Colour accuracy can vary from monitor to monitor. Please keep in mind that the colour you see may vary slightly from the colour in print. If you are ordering from the A6 sized range, we can provide you with a sample. You can email a swatch of your colour to us and we can match it that way for you. There is still a chance that it will not be exact, but it will be very close.
We are unable to provide colour samples for the postcards as yet and apologise for any inconvenience.

♥ All orders under $50 require full payment before work can begin, non-refundable.

♥ All orders $50 and over require a 20% non-refundable deposit before work can begin. The remaining balance is to be paid in full before printing can begin.

• It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the details provided are correct. We take no responsibility for client error and assume all spelling and forms submitted are correct.
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure quality service, the finished printed product may only be 85% match to the monitor screen. If this is the case, due to the limitations of technology, it's deemed reasonable within the printing industry standard.
